We can visit the property weekly, fortnightly or monthly, providing that much needed update and heads up if there are any potential problems. We work with Mrs B at XYZ Lettings and Rentals in London and work with her so that her clients’ properties are rented quicker and by respectable tenants…plus, for every regular cleaning programme that she sells as part of a tenancy agreement, we give her 5%.
