Training & Career Progression
At Merry Maids, previous cleaning experience isn’t necessary. Upon joining us, you will undertake full training, enabling you to clean to our standards and use our bespoke products.
All equipment required will be provided for you.

I have always had a strong entrepreneurial spirit and passion for care. In my youth, I owned multiple businesses, including a cleaning business in my home country, which I started in 2010 and expanded before pursuing MBA studies in the UK. In my years working in cleaning, I always admired the professionalism of the Merry Maids brand, and I eagerly awaited the opportunity to acquire and grow a Merry Maids franchise business.
As a Merry Maids business owner, I bring a wealth of experience as a trained accountant and business development consultant with over 13 years of experience launching and expanding businesses and a long career working in care under my Dezionite Domiciliary Care services company.
My goal as a Merry Maids business owner is to work alongside my dedicated team to provide an exceptional, compassionate and professional home cleaning service to members of my local community to better the lives of those who serve. As an experienced care industry professional, I understand the value of quality care in all that we do. Working regularly with those living under exceptional circumstances with extenuating needs, we know the importance and value of integrity and helping with the small things that make a big difference.
