Deep Cleaning
One-Off/Spring Cleaning Services in Birmingham South, Kings Norton, Northfield, Rubery, Barnt Green, & Bromsgrove
Although it is known as a Spring Clean, Merry Maids Birmingham can deep clean your property at any time of the year. Most people are full of good intentions but lead such hectic lifestyles that other more important things always seem to crop up.

- you are moving in to or out of a property
…then Merry Maids Birmingham can help.
Our Spring/Deep Cleaning services are booked over the phone or email and are priced on an amount of time. They start at 2 members of staff for 2.5 hours (5hrs cleaning) at a cost of £159.00 including VAT. The amount of time and price increases pro rota to the maximum amount of time that can be booked over one day is 2 staff for 6hours (12hrs cleaning).
The team with bring all the equipment required to carry out the clean such as vacuum cleans, mops, cleaning products and cloths. They will work until the time runs out, if they finish early you will only be charged for the time completed.
If you would like the inside of kitchen cupboards, the inside of the fridge and the oven cleaning then all these items will require extra time to be booked. If you are working to a set budget, then we are happy to work through a list of priorities.
To secure your date and time for the deep clean we need a deposit to secure the booking. Other details required are the amount of time you wish to book, the address of the home to be cleaned and a name and contact number. We will also need access to carry out the clean and for the property to be locked up at the end of the clean. The balance due can be paid on the day of the clean by cash, cheque, or Bacs payment.
We are also able to co-ordinate a specialist deep oven clean and carpet cleaning where required.

End of Tenancy Cleans
