Merry Maids is providing support for those affected by flooding across Leicester

Affected by flooding in Leicester? We’re here to help.

Starting 2025 on a positive has been difficult for residents across Leicester who have spent the last fortnight affected by severe and unexpected flooding.

Rachel Mullaney, Branch Manager of Merry Maids in Leicester is a resident of the local area, whose family has been affected by the sudden flooding.

As such, she wants to use her business to support her community and help locals impacted by flooding.

What Merry Maids offers

Merry Maids of Leicester is based on the Whittle Estate in Whetstone, an area heavily affected by the floods, and Rachel would like to help those in need with the damage caused to their precious homes at no cost to them.

While Merry Maids won’t be able to help with the restoration and reinstatement work of a severely damaged property, if you need a room cleaned or wiped down, we can arrange to attend for an hour or so to give you an extra helping hand!
