Merry Maids South Surrey Enters a New Chapter Under Siva Kugathas
Merry Maids South Surrey is entering a new stage of growth under new ownership. The business is now led by Siva Kugathas and his daughter, Ayranna Kugathas, who also own Merry Maids Inverness and Merry Maids Aberdeen.
With experience across multiple territories, Siva brings a strong focus on service standards, customer experience, and steady expansion. His existing businesses have grown through clear processes, structured training, and building reliable local teams that deliver consistent results. The aim in South Surrey is to build on the area’s established reputation while maintaining high standards across every clean.
Ayranna leads operations across all three territories. She stepped into a leadership role when the family first acquired the Inverness business and has since overseen the continued development and expansion of the group. Her focus is on consistency, team support, and making sure every clean meets the same standard, whether in South Surrey, Inverness, or Aberdeen.
The approach centres on attention to detail, dependable service, and ensuring customers receive the same quality every visit. Growth plans will focus on reaching more households across Surrey while protecting the consistency that customers expect. By investing in team development and maintaining clear operational standards, Merry Maids South Surrey is positioned to strengthen customer satisfaction and expand its presence within the local community.

My priority is to support the existing team, maintain high standards, and make sure every home is cleaned properly, every time.” She added, “We also want to reach more households across Surrey.
