Straight away, our staff made sure everything was safe and that the customer was comfortable.

Before starting their usual clean, they made the customer a cup of tea and some toast — a small gesture that made a big difference!

Our office team also reached out to the customer’s family to explain what had happened and to ensure the situation was followed up with the carers. The family were so appreciative of the care, calmness and professionalism shown by our staff.
